Important Update from the Reservations Department
Please note that the retribution fee is applicable only for the following three services/tours:
- Padang Bay Harbour Retribution Fee – IDR 10,000 per person, payable directly on the spot.
- Gili Island Tourism Fee (Arrival) – IDR 20,000 per person, payable upon arrival at Gili Island.
- Gili Island Tourism Fee (Departure) – IDR 20,000 per person, payable while departing from Gili Island.
Bali Tourist Tax (Levy): Effective from 14 February 2024, all foreign tourists arriving in Bali are required to pay a one-time Bali Tourist Tax of IDR 150,000 per person upon their first arrival in Bali.
Terms & Conditions – Car at Disposal Service (Bali)
- You may choose either 5 hours or 10 hours of vehicle service as per your travel plan. Any additional hours will be charged separately and must be paid directly in Bali.
- This is a self-guided service, allowing you to explore destinations at your own pace.
- For a 4-seater vehicle, only a driver will be provided. If detailed sightseeing explanations or tour assistance are required, hiring a guide is mandatory.
- For vans, drivers will not provide destination information or tour commentary. We strongly recommend booking a guide for itinerary assistance and destination insights.
- Vehicle usage is restricted to designated areas and cannot be combined with destinations located in opposite zones.
- Permitted areas include: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Gianyar, Uluwatu, Benoa, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Lempuyang Temple.
- To ensure a smooth travel experience and minimize delays caused by traffic, guests are advised to plan a basic itinerary in advance.
CANCELLATION TERMS for Land Package ( Hotel + Visa + Transfers + Sightseeing)
- Booking Amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour package.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email only. Cancellation charges shall be applicable even if the tour is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to medical conditions, pregnancy, or any unfortunate incident involving the traveller, co-traveler, family member, relative, friend, or any other associated person.
CANCELLATION LAND PACKAGE CHARGES PER PERSON
- Prior to 46 or more days of tour departure - 25% + Special Component like Visa / Cruise are Non Refundable
- Between 45 to 30 days of tour departure - 50% of tour package cost + Special Component like Visa are Non Refundable.
- Between 29 to 15 days of tour departure - 75% of tour package cost + Special Component like Visa are Non Refundable
- Less than 15 days of tour departure - 100% of tour package cost • If the client is NO SHOW (failing to avail tour package) 100% of tour package cost.
Cruise: The cruise cancellation policy is available upon request. If it has not been provided before booking, kindly contact your sales representative for the applicable cancellation terms before proceeding with the booking.
Flight: In the event of flight cancellation or non-operation by the airline, only a credit note from the respective airline shall be provided, subject to the airline's policy. Any new flight booking will require full payment.
If the sales representative has provided a fixed departure/group flight and has specified it as Non-Refundable and Non-Amendable, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
Important Notes
- This is just a quote; no reservations are held, or the booking has not proceeded.
- The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.
- The hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, and Transfers rates might change without any prior notice until & unless they have been booked/ confirmed from your end.
- The change in dates will require a re-quote. Normal Hotel check-in time is from 15.00 hrs onwards. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.
- The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable, during the given travel period. There will be an additional Midnight Surcharge for all transfers between 23:00 - 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package).
- Quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during confirmation & booking process.
- Complimentary services for children below 5 years old will be provided only at the hotels and will be chargeable if any additional services are availed beyond what is offered. Complimentary children will not be allocated an additional seat in the vehicle; they will need to share the existing vehicle seating.
- *Payment Terms* INR 15000 Per Person deposit is needed at the time of reservation, once hotel booking is confirmed 50% of balance payment, Full payment must be done 45 days before arrival. Flight amount needs to be provided the same day of confirmation, Please note flight fares are subject to change.
- For peak season(*) full payment must be completed as per booking Certain hotels may require additional deposits to guarantee space, especially during the high & peak season. TCS Amount Should be paid with full amount otherwise vouchers will be not share
