Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries & convert leads into international travel bookings
- Pitch & sell destinations like Europe, Dubai, Singapore, Bali, Turkey, etc.
- Customize itineraries as per client needs
- Build long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets with high closure rates
Skills Required:
- 3+ year experience in International Travel Sales
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations and packages
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- CRM/Lead management experience preferred

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other employment-related issues.

Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process by monitoring employee performance, conducting reviews, and assisting in development plans.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
